We are seeking a Guest Service Associate / Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced, growing group travel and hospitality organization. Key Responsibilities (Customer Service / Travel Support)

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls (30-50 per day) in a customer support environment
  • Assist clients with travel booking, reservations, itinerary coordination, and trip planning
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency
  • Provide guidance on international travel requirements (passports, visas, documentation)
  • Support clients with document uploads and travel compliance requirements
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, account access, and booking systems
  • Monitor global updates using State Department resources, travel advisories, and news outlets
  • Deliver conflict resolution and escalation support with empathy and patience
  • Maintain accurate records across CRM systems, booking tools, and internal platforms

Qualifications (Customer Service / Administrative / Hospitality)

  • 1+ year experience in customer service or client support; retail, hospitality, restaurant, or call center
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Proven ability in problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making
  • Experience handling high call volume and fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems, databases, and software tools
  • Strong conflict resolution, de-escalation, and active listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Preferred: Experience supporting senior populations, healthcare, front desk, or reception roles
